To our clients.
Starting Friday, March 20th. We will be instituting new protocols due to Covid 19.

 

• If you are ill, we ask that you have a friend or family member bring in your pet.

• Access to our lobby will be limited. When you arrive at our hospital, please call us at 559-784-1955. A staff member will meet you at your car and escort you into an exam room.

• One client per pet will be allowed in the hospital, with certain exceptions.

• We will not have more than 2 clients in the lobby at a time.

• We will not be doing nail trims or shave downs unless medically necessary.

• We ask that you maintain 6 feet of social distance from staff and other clients.

We realize this may be inconvenient and we hope it is short lived. Please have patience with us as phones may be even busier than usual. We are doing this out of an abundance of caution, to protect our clients, our staff and our community.
