LODGING

Not able to take your pet with you on vacation? Friends or family visiting that may be too stressful for your pet? We offer comfortable, clean, safe lodging facilities. All of our kennels, runs and cat condos are indoors and fully air heated and cooled.

PETS ARE NEVER ADMITTED OR RELEASED AFTER REGULAR OFFICE HOURS.

LODGING RATES: are based on the size of the accommodation selected. Large pets can not be placed in kennels smaller than their weight category allows. For more pricing information please call us at 559-784-1955.

HEALTH CONCERNS

For the protection of all of our guests, current vaccinations are required. All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinary facility and must be documented. If this is not available, the pet will be vaccinated at time of admittance, at the owner's expense. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any pet having fleas, ticks or other external parasites will be treated at the owner's expense.

IN SPITE OF BEST EFFORTS TO IMMUNIZE AND PROTECT YOUR PETS, AND TO KEEP THEM CLEAN AND WELL CARED FOR, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PET COULD NOT ACQUIRE SOME ILLNESS WHILE HERE OR SHORTLY AFTER GOING HOME.

Feeding:

 All guests are fed once daily. We feed Hill's Science Diets: Canine Growth, Maintenance,  Senior and Feline Maintenance. Special diets and feeding routines may be provided. For  diets requiring special preparation, there will be an additional fee.

Additional Services:

 Medical, surgical and dental services can be provided for your pet during his/her stay. The  doctor will be happy to discuss any of your pet's needs and explain the fees involved.

Medical Care:

 Should your pet become ill while staying with us, we will treat according to your pets need  at the time. We do not accept responsibility for illnesses which occur while your pet is with  us. Therefore, all costs incurred for diagnosis and/or treatment will be the responsibility of  the owner.

Abandoned Animal Act:

 According to California State Law, if your pet is here with us for fourteen (14) calender days  past the prearranged time of pick-up, the pet will be considered abandoned and is subject  to placement in a new home or possible euthanasia.

Dogs

 Will need Distemper and Parvo Vaccine within the last 12 months, and a  Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccine within the last 12 Months and Rabies with in  the last 1-3 years depending upon the age of your pet

Cats

 Will need Distemper-Respiratory Complex within 12 months. Rabies with in the  last 1-3 years depending upon the age of your pet. Feline Leukemia vaccination  is recommended, but not required.

  

Comfort:

 We can place a clean, soft "lamb's wool" resting pad in your pet's quarters daily.

Exercise:

 You may choose to have your dog receive extra exercise sessions.

Playtime and Brushing:

 You may choose to have your dog personally brushed and played with  outdoors.

V.I.P. Package:

 For that "Very Important Pet", we will provide twice daily playtime  and brushing  and a  "lamb's wool" resting pad.

Special Diets:

We routinely feed Science Diet to our lodgers, however should you prefer your pet be fed an alternate diet, we would be happy to accommodate your request. The requested diet must  be provided by the  owner at the time of admittance.

Nursing Care: 

 Your pet may require medical treatment or medication while lodging. the cost  will be  determined by  the complexity and frequency of treatment.
